| I was at the cashier, paying for my food. I looked to my left and there was a boy with a splint on his right arm! Surprised, I asked, "You broke something too?" He was quiet and shy but then saw my right arm in a cast... he smiled and said, "Yeah." I asked, "And now you're left handed?" He nodded. I asked, "It's been difficult?" He answered, "Yeah." I told him, "Yeah, it's been difficult for me too... but you'll be fine." He watched me struggle as I unzipped my purse, take out my debit card, put my card back in, find my keys, zip my purse, and grab my food. You'll struggle but you'll be fine...When you think that no one else understands you or feels what you're going through, God shows you otherwise. The boy was about 10 years old, but I know we both felt like we were in the same boat. Thanks for Your comfort, God. I know that moment was for the both of us.
Now, paper time...

| "Honey, you're not broken--you're mending." Kyndle
"Sarah, when you need help just ask. You need to ask. Don't you know, there's a verse in the Bible that says, 'ask, and you shall receive.' When I see you struggle, I'm just just going to help you...even if you don't ask." Kim
"Whenever we think we have life under control, we're thrown a curve-ball. It's like God saying you think you're in control, but you're not. I don't know why people complain when they have difficulties, it's not going to help. We go through certain things because it makes us become better people. Don't complain, just accept it." Nikki
"It's fate. Things happen the way they do to build our characters." Sally
"Don't stay all day, give yourself and your arm a break." Michelle
"Here is the process, the refining, purifying process, to be carried on by the Lord of hosts. The work is most trying to the soul, but it is only through this process that the rubbish and defiling impurities can be removed. Our trials are all necessary to bring us close to our heavenly Father, in obedience to His will, that we may offer unto the Lord an offering in righteousness...
Abraham, Moses, Elijah, Daniel, and many others, were all sorely tried, but not in the same way. Everyone has his individual tests and trials in the drama of life, but the very same trial seldom comes twice. Each has his own experience, peculiar in its character and circumstances, to accomplish a certain work. God has a work, a purpose, in the life of each and all of us. Every act, however small, has its place..." Ellen G. White
